France

A street in Flavigny, reputed to be among the most authentic medieval towns in France
France by Car

France was two weeks of vineyards and cathedrals and narrow village streets. It was late, leisurely dinners and restful nights in restored country chateaus. It was city bed and breakfasts, walls graced with photos of long-gone ancesters; an evening in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower; a stroll through the street market in the center of Beaune; wine tastings, and picnics in simple country churchyards. We were two couples and a rental car. The photos tell the story.
